By accessing and using Sonovira's subscription services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2.1 Service Description

Sonovira provides premium Spotify account management services through monthly subscription plans:

• Monthly subscription plan only
• Access to premium Spotify features
• 24/7 customer support
• Secure account management
• Expiration reminders before service ends

2.2 Subscription Plan

• Monthly: ₦599 for 30 days of service

2.3 No Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are one-time payments and do NOT automatically renew. You will receive reminders when your subscription is about to expire, and you can manually renew if desired.

3.1 Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3.2 Payment Methods

• Bank transfers
• Debit/Credit cards
• USSD payments
• Bank account payments

3.3 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access to Spotify premium features, we do not offer refunds once the service has been activated.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Distribute malicious software or engage in hacking attempts

4.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and maintain the accuracy of this information.

5.1 Service Period

The monthly subscription provides access to Spotify premium features for 30 days from the date of activation.

5.2 Expiration Reminders

We provide expiration reminders to help you renew your service:

• 7-day reminder before expiration
• 24-hour reminder before expiration
• Final reminder on expiration day

5.3 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Sonovira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
